Refund & Cancellation Policy

Easy Will India offers digital Will-making services based on the personal information and instructions provided by Users. Services may include automated Will generation, assisted drafting, professional consultation, document review and related support. Each service has its own scope and price, displayed before purchase. Purchasing one service does not automatically include other services. As many services involve personalised work, refund eligibility depends on the service purchased, work completed and documents delivered. All refund decisions remain subject to applicable Indian consumer-protection laws.

You may request cancellation before your paid service is activated or substantive work begins. To cancel, contact Easy Will India with your order and payment details. We will review your request based on the status of your service and the cancellation conditions disclosed at purchase. Where no work has commenced and a refund is payable under the agreed terms or applicable law, the refund will be approved. If any service has already been performed, its status will be considered before deciding the refundable amount. Submitting a cancellation request does not automatically reverse work already completed.

Will documents are personalised using the information and instructions submitted by Users. Once a customised Will has been generated and delivered, the related digital service is considered completed. A change of mind, decision not to use the document or correction of information incorrectly entered by the User does not automatically qualify for a refund. Where only part of a purchased service has been completed, the undelivered portion will be assessed separately. If a document contains an error attributable to Easy Will India's service, the User may request correction or another appropriate remedy under applicable law.

Professional consultations, assisted drafting and document reviews involve time and work dedicated to individual requirements. Fees for services already performed are generally non-refundable for a change of mind, subject to the terms disclosed at purchase and applicable law. If cancellation is requested before professional work begins, the unused service will be assessed under the agreed cancellation conditions. Additional drafting, revisions or professional services will be charged separately only after the applicable fees are communicated and accepted. Automated Will generation does not include professional legal advice unless expressly stated in the purchased package.

If an amount is deducted twice for the same purchase, or payment is debited without successful order confirmation, contact us with the transaction details. Easy Will India will verify the transaction through its payment provider. Verified duplicate payments will be refunded or otherwise corrected. Failed transactions will be resolved according to applicable banking and payment-gateway rules. Users should avoid making repeated payments before checking the status of the original transaction. The time required for a refunded amount to appear in the User's account depends on the relevant bank and payment system.

If you have made a payment but cannot access the purchased service, download the document or complete the process because of a technical problem, contact our support team. We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate solution, which may include restoring access to the purchased service, correcting technical or document-generation errors, delivering the outstanding service, or approving a refund where applicable. Where a problem can be corrected, we may offer that solution without restricting any refund rights available under law. Easy Will India will not deny a legally required remedy merely because the service involves digital or customised documents.

To submit a cancellation or refund request, email info.easywillindia@gmail.com with the subject: "Easy Will India - Refund/Cancellation Request". Include your registered name and contact details, order or transaction reference, payment date and amount, service purchased, reason for cancellation or refund, and relevant payment confirmation or screenshots. Users must not share banking passwords, OTPs, ATM PINs or other confidential payment credentials. Additional information may be requested where reasonably necessary to verify the transaction or account.

Easy Will India will acknowledge consumer complaints within 48 hours and seek to resolve them within one month, in accordance with applicable e-commerce grievance requirements. Each request will be reviewed using the purchase details, completed work, service status, payment records and reason for cancellation. The decision and its basis will be communicated to the User. Approved refunds will ordinarily be processed through the original payment method, subject to applicable law and payment-provider procedures. The actual credit time depends on the bank or payment gateway. No cancellation charge will be imposed contrary to applicable law.

If a User logs out without completing the Will-making process, successfully saved information will remain available for fifteen days (360 hours) from the recorded logout time. The User may return within this period and resume the process. If the User resumes the unfinished Will and logs out again, a fresh fifteen-day period begins. After expiry, the incomplete draft is automatically deleted, and the User must restart the process. Expiry of an unfinished draft does not automatically entitle the User to a refund for services already properly delivered. Rights concerning undelivered or deficient services remain unaffected.

This Policy does not restrict statutory rights to refunds, correction, compensation or grievance redressal under applicable Indian law. Easy Will India may update this Policy by publishing a revised version on its website. For existing purchases, the conditions disclosed at purchase shall continue to apply, subject to applicable law.
