Using our website or services acknowledges that you have read and understood this Policy. Where required, we obtain purpose-specific consent, which you may withdraw using the contact details below. Withdrawal does not affect prior lawful processing but may prevent services requiring that information. Processing serves legitimate service-related purposes or purposes otherwise legally permitted.

Never submit banking passwords, ATM PINs, OTPs, cryptocurrency private keys or confidential access credentials; these are unnecessary for Will preparation.
We collect information through registration, login, questionnaires, family/property/beneficiary entries, saving, revising, generating or downloading Wills, uploads, payments, browsing and communications through forms, telephone, email or messaging. Authorised representatives or professionals may provide relevant information where legally permitted. Users must provide accurate, complete and lawful information.
We use information to manage accounts; verify identity and security; prepare personalised Wills; save and restore drafts; record assets, beneficiaries and instructions; generate, revise and deliver documents; provide support and requested professional assistance; process payments; maintain transaction and legally required business records; send confirmations and security notices; improve functionality and experience; prevent fraud, unauthorised access and misuse; and comply with lawful directions and regulations. Confidential Will contents and personal financial information are not used for unrelated commercial purposes without an appropriate lawful basis.
Will information is confidential. Access is restricted to authorised personnel or providers needing it for services, Platform maintenance or legal compliance. Naming relatives, beneficiaries or executors does not entitle them to disclosure. Disclosure requires appropriate authorisation, legitimate service requirements or legal necessity. Website use creates no automatic advocate-client relationship or professional legal privilege; separately accepted professional engagements follow their own terms.
Access is restricted to authorised personnel or providers needing it for services, Platform maintenance or legal compliance.
Registered Users' successfully saved incomplete Will information remains available for fifteen days (360 hours) from recorded logout. Logging in within that period allows resumption. Resuming preparation and logging out again without completion starts a fresh fifteen-day period. Without return during the applicable period, incomplete Will information is automatically deleted, requiring a restart. Deleted drafts cannot be recovered through the normal User account. This rule excludes completed documents, accounts, payments and information retained for separate lawful purposes.
Completed documents and related records follow the selected service and applicable retention requirements. Information remains only as necessary for services, appropriate records, disputes, legal obligations or lawful interests. Users may request eligible deletion; financial, transaction, security or legal records may remain where legally required or permitted. Platform deletion does not invalidate, revoke or destroy downloaded, printed, signed or externally held Wills. We do not permanently preserve original executed Wills unless separately agreed through a custody service.
Necessary sharing may involve authorised employees, technical/hosting providers, payment processors, professional advisers, support providers or authorities for document generation, administration, payments, security, lawful operations or requested professional services. Providers must follow appropriate confidentiality and data-protection requirements. Disclosure may satisfy valid court orders, regulatory obligations, lawful investigations or necessary proceedings. Legally appropriate restructuring or business transfers remain subject to privacy obligations. We never sell or rent personal information or Will contents to unrelated parties for independent marketing.
Cookies and similar technologies may support sessions, preferences, performance, traffic measurement and security. Analytics support service improvement. Advertising/promotional tracking follows applicable consent and privacy requirements. Browser settings control cookies; disabling essential cookies may impair functionality. Legal compliance, contractual obligations, disputes or lawful claims may limit requests. Platform corrections do not automatically amend downloaded or executed Wills.
Services target adults legally competent to prepare Wills. Necessary child, dependant or third-party information may identify beneficiaries, guardians or family relationships. Users must supply it lawfully and minimally. We do not knowingly allow independent use by children contrary to applicable law.
Email, telephone, SMS or supported messaging may address verification, preparation, payments, support and security. Promotions follow law and preferences. Unsubscribing from non-essential marketing does not stop necessary service/security notices.
External payment, government, communication and other linked services follow their own privacy policies; we are not responsible for independent practices. Authorised providers may process information in India or abroad, subject to applicable Indian requirements and safeguards.
